Flyin Brian Smith hosted another great LiQuID SPEED Show last night on LiQuID SPEED Radio with a great interview with Patrick Mell the Chairman of APBA.The LiQuID SPEED Show is a weekly internet radio show hosted by Brian Smith, the race promoter for Region 5. The interview lasted over 2 hours and Brian was very respectful but no pertinent subject was considered taboo. Brian opened the 20 question interview discussing Patrick’s background and how he began his association with the APBA as well as his most memorable experiences of the last few years. PWCToday.com is a great forum for discussing all topics about jet skis. The purpose of PWCRaceShow.com is to concentrate on promoting jet ski racing aand introducing the sport to new racers and fans. Although I enjoy the forums on PWCToday, I’m not sure if the site is best suited for reflecting the professionalism of racers when introducing potential new racers and sponsors to the sport. Since it is a forum, it is moderated only to the point of preventing certain unnecessary topics from getting out of control. Although I find much of the bantering between the “couchers” and “stand up” riders amusing, potential new sponsors to the sport may not find it so entertaining. To further distort the perceived professionalism of racers is the amount of “Off Topic” discussions that continue to rise in number. If you wish to make a positive contribution, please contact me and together we will return the sport of jet ski racing to the great sport it once was.

Welcome to the PWC Race Show. I’ve created this site to help promote the sport of jet ski racing in the United States. In the weeks to come, I will be incorporating an accompanying podcast and will be using this site to post show notes, links used in the podcast and for racers and fans to suggest topics for upcoming shows and discussions.
